We aim to ship within 1 to 2 business days, depending on what you order - bespoke requests and large orders will take longer.
For bespoke orders please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
For large (not trade) orders this is variable depending on volume ordered and if any variation requested.
We ship free in the UK using Royal Mail economy second class post and multi items may be sent by parcel and signed for. You have the option to upgrade to a faster service at checkout.

For shipping to Europe please allow 7 to 14 business days and Rest of the World including the North America please allow 10 to 28 business days for delivery. Sugar Flowers Online will not be held responsible for delays due to customs hold ups in the purchaser's country and or their respective country's postal services.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Sugar Flowers Online we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. Orders are not deemed concluded until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges. Orders placed through this online shop represent an offer to purchase a product. The offer is accepted (for each product) when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason which may include but is not limited to delivery to PO Boxes, hotels or other destinations we consider high risk.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order or we are unable to complete the order for any other reason and we cannot contact you within 7 days, we will cancel your entire order and refund you in full.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday and at any time of day on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank, Public and Local Holidays. Additional items cannot be added to an existing order. Should you wish to purchase additional items you will need to place a new order for those additional items.
